Is your matcha ceremonial grade?

Yes. Our matcha is ceremonial grade and sourced from Japan.

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes, we do. Please email us at spillshhh@gmail.com for wholesale inquiries.

When does the matcha expire?

Each can has a labeled expiry date on the bag inside. Please refer to that for the most accurate best-before date.

Can I book my own delivery?

Yes! You may choose the Pickup option at checkout and arrange your own delivery via Lalamove or Grab. For Metro Cebu only.

Do you accept same-day pickup?

Yes, we do. If your order is urgent or same-day, please DM us on Instagram so we can assist you faster. For Metro Cebu only.

Where do I send proof of payment?

You may DM us on Instagram @shhhsips or email spillshhh@gmail.com with your order number and proof of payment.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can only be changed or cancelled within 2 hours after placing them. Please message us ASAP so we can assist you.

How should I store the matcha?

Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. For best freshness, keep refrigerated after opening. To keep it extra fresh, store it inside the aluminum bag and do not remove it from its packaging.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. We always try our best to ship as soon as possible. For Luzon and Mindanao, delivery may take up to 5–7 days depending on your location and courier.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes, we ship across the Philippines (Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao).

Do you ship internationally?

We’re currently in soft launch and, as much as we’d love to ship internationally, we’re still working on making this available. For urgent requests or special inquiries, please DM us on Instagram so we can assist you directly.
